Do you have any recommendations for crystals that may help deal with emotions I am having over how the world operates in such a painful way? I'm very hypersensitive and pick up on the suffering of others everywhere I go. My response is utter fury, anger, and grief. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The experiences you are having are being faced by many other people today. So many empaths and people are here on Earth at this time, and the current situation of the planet is incredibly sad and upsetting to many of them. One crystal that I recommend you try working with is Moldavite. Moldavite can help when you are having trouble with your current incarnation and especially if you feel that you soul was not originally from here. It can promote a sense of inner peace and strengthen your connection with this time and place.
To cope with some of the other emotions you have, try using Rose Quartz, for universal love and forgiveness, and Black Tourmaline for protection from the energy of others and the negativity around you. Howlite can assist in relieving your feelings of rage and anger.
