Self-Esteem is very difficult to come by for many. This could be due to a variety of factors - childhood issues, work issues, criticisms, physical attributes, etc. Self-worth, or lack of it, is one of the most common causes for not fulfilling ones potential. The belief that you are not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough.
Time to erase this process of thinking and embrace the beauty of who you truly are! Here are a few crystals that can help to release the old programming and negative self-talk and replace it with love, support, and positive belief. Three of my favorite pieces to work with include Rhodochrosite.
Pink Calcite (Manganocalcite) helps to clear the emotional center of stagnant or negative energies that do not serve you. It will transmit the energies of support, nurturing and love. Pink Calcite represents spiritual perfection and purity which is your true nature, clearing any self doubts.
Rhodochrosite promotes compassion (for self and others) and self-love/acceptance. Rhodochrosite helps to heal past events that have caused the breakdown of one's self-confidence and self-knowledge. Once these past issues are healed, it becomes easier for the person to remember their gifts and their true purpose for this incarnation.
Pink Kunzite - Kunzite connects us to the source of unconditional love, centering us and giving us a sense of deep peace. It helps to remove obstacles from ones path, aids in self expression, releases emotional debris and allows for the free expression of feeling. Kunzite is also a stone of self-love, promoting humility and self-tolerance.
When working with the issue of self-esteem/self-worth, sit quietly holding your crystal of choice and repeat the following affirmation:
