Everyone has been hurt at some point in their life. Some choose to repress their feelings. Others prefer an open dialogue to talk about the issue or incident that hurt them in the first place. Either way, Forgiveness is an important and necessary component of physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Three of my favorite pieces to work with include
Morganite,
Rhodonite, and
Rose Quartz.
Morganite's pure heart energy gently eases the pain of emotional wounds and traumas, helping to repair/release the hurt. This is a necessary step in the forgiveness process and, ultimately, healing.
Rhodonite helps to calm and balance the emotions. Rhodonite is a very supportive stone that works with the Heart Chakra to attract love and ground negative energies. Going into the heart, finding the space of love and forgiveness, can definitely be achieved by working with Rhodonite.
Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. Rose Quartz opens the heart to compassion for self and for others. The soothing energy of Rose Quartz fosters empathy, reconciliation, and forgiveness of others. Lowering stress and tension in the heart, Rose Quartz clears out anger, jealousy, and resentment of others, and allows healing of heart issues and unease associated with holding on to such negative emotions.

"I am in a space of pure Grace and Divine Love. I easily forgive others and myself, extending this Divine Love to all."
