Achieving and maintaining balance in this hurry along, rush a day world can sometimes be quite the challenge. Work can be chaotic, the drive home even more so, especially if you live in a big city where the commute and traffic are abysmal and road rage is the norm, right?
Breathe. Balance. Center.

When you are feeling left of center, there are crystals that can help you to find and maintain your balance - physically, energetically, and spiritually. When you are in a place of balance and center, you are in a state of calm.

My three favorite "go to" stones for finding and maintaining balance/center are Blue Lace AgateAmetrine, and Snowflake Obsidian.

Blue Lace Agate can help those who may be feeling stressed, depressed or worried, bringing about a sense of calm and balance. Blue Lace Agate  is both a grounding and spiritual stone, allowing for one to bring their spiritual experiences into their everyday reality.

Ametrine is a very soothing stone. It is an excellent stone to use for stress relief, and as such, it is optimally placed in areas where one would need it the most (i.e. in an office or cubicle, in the car, in your pocket, etc). Ametrine helps to achieve and maintain balance by reducing stress and tension. It allows you to release the chaotic energy and move into a state of center and balance.

A stone of purity, Snowflake Obsidian  brings about a balance to body, mind and spirit.  Snowflake Obsidian helps to keep centered and balanced when any type of chaotic situation (office, commute, home, etc) presents itself.  Snowflake Obsidian can also help to remove negativity from a space or person with ease.

When feeling out of balance, sit for a moment, holding your chosen crystal and quietly repeat the following affirmation.

"All areas of my life are in perfect balance."
