Hello, I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).....is there any stone or crystal that help ?

Hi T:

Thanks so much for your question about crystals that can help with EDS. Since it effects the tissue I would suggest Carnelian, Rutilated Quartz and/or Unakite. All 3 are excellent for regenerating tissue. Carnelian will be very supportive for any symptoms like Chronic Fatigue and depression. Rutilated Quartz will help to relieve pain and Unakite will assist with any cardio-vascular issues. If you are comfortable wearing crystals that would be my first suggestion since you want to keep them close to you physically. If not then try placing the crystal on your body (or just hold it in your hand) while you are resting. I would also suggest keeping the crystal(s) either in or under your bed while you sleep. Much of the bodies healing process happens while we sleep and the crystals can be very effective during that time. I hope that you will let me know if you try any of the crystals and I also hope that you are feeling better very soon.

Thank you again for reaching out to us and for your support of Healing Crystals.com. I hope that I have been able to answer your question and that you will feel free to let us know if you need any further information.

Wishing you lots of Love and Light!

Crystal Blessings!
