Aragonite Cabochon

Question:

"Hello! Question about the Bell's palsy resource. Would one wear it as a necklace, place on face? I am recommending for a friend."

Answer:

Hi there S,

Thanks for reaching out to us and great question!

Our article suggests the following crystals based on nerve inflammation/Bell's Palsy: Mangano calcite which can help to heal nerve damage at a cellular level, Aragonite can also stimulate healing, or Green Fluorite for infection and inflammation.

For any type of facial paralysis, Bell's Palsy included, I'd recommend tumbled stones which would enable the person to lightly and gently massage the face.

Alternatively, they can lay down with the stones ON the face for 10-15 minutes or however long suits them. One could consider that meditation time.

Yes, your friend could also wear it as jewelry if that's what works more for them. There aren't really any rules, and it's more about what works for them. If jewelry is the preferred method, they just need to keep the intention (goal for the piece) in mind when they put the piece on so that they're not wearing it mindlessly.

I hope this offers some clarity.
