I have used color therapy and a "Rife" type frequency generator for several years for treating health conditions and first-aid applications on myself and family. I have read that certain colors (mainly red) and frequency's between 1000 and 2000 can actually cause and/or accelerate cancer tumor development and/or growth. I am fascinated with the use of crystals/gemstone for healing purposes but have a couple of concerns I was hoping you could help me with. Is it possible that the use of crystals could exacerbate a health condition that one is trying to heal? I have also read about the many ways to apply crystal therapies but not much, if any information on the length of time in which to expect results. Lastly, how do you phrase an intention when you know something is wrong with you, physically, but don't the exact nature of the health condition you may be dealing with? Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to receiving the crystals I recently ordered from you. Thank you.

Many people use crystals to support healing and they are used on their own or in conjunction with other alternative or traditional health care methods. For programming crystals, i always recommend a positive affirmation. If you aren't sure of the exact health condition that you're working on, then affirmations such as "I am healthy", or "I feel good", or "My body is healthy and in balance" are good.
