Question:

"I have been diagnosed with lung cancer and want to use the best healing crystals possible. Can you help me know what to use and how?"

Answer:

Greetings Gwynne,

Thank you for your crystal inquiry. Many prayers and sending love and light to you during this difficult time.

When using any of the crystals I recommend you can place them directly on your chest area or they can be carried with you. If you purchase them in a necklace you could wear them all the time. It is important to cleanse these stones often. Here you can find articles on cleansing and charging.

A few that I would recommend are as follows:
Sugilite - is also a good stone for people with cancer. Sugilite channels healing energy into the body, draws off negative energy, and calms emotional distress. It is also emotionally calming.
Selenite - is great for cleansing the body, mind and aura. It also helps repair cellular damage from treatments like chemotherapy and radiation.
Smokey Quartz - a very grounding stone, smokey quartz also reduces stress and relieves pain. Smokey quartz dissolves negative energies and negative thought forms that cause disease. Smokey quartz is also very protective.

Another one that I have had people suggest to wear while dealing with cancer is Green Diopside. Because it is related to the heart and lung area it can be very healing and supportive chronic illness. This stone supports cellular memory, strengthens weakness, acid and alkaline balance and hormonal balance.

I hope you find this helpful!
