"How to care for black onyx if you wear it daily for healing? Are your pencil point black onyx pendants treated in any way? If they are, doesn't this diminish the healing properties of the crystal? I appreciate your time & attention to my questions."

Thank you for your crystal inquiry.
Firstly, our Black Onyx pencil points are not treated in any way. I would also like to add, in my opinion, heat treating to darken a crystal or fusion of crystals and metals as is done with the aura quartz does not diminish their healing properties. The crystal will retain it's natural properties if heated. This process also happens in nature that is why some Smoky Quartz is darker than others. The fusion of crystal and metals, as in the aura quartz, brings together the healing properties of both.
If you are using the crystal daily, I would recommend cleansing it at least once a week and charge it also if you like. The link here will be helpful in cleansing and charging them for use.
