"I really like the list that you have compiled. Look at it often. Chose 1 condition to work on - weight reduction. I just finished getting all the stones for that condition. Now what? Do I just carry them or do I lay them in a certain grid?"
Thank you so much for your question and for reaching out to Healing Crystals! I have several recommendations for you:
When working with any crystal it is important to set a clear and strong intention for the healing so that you can direct the crystal's energy. An affirmation can aid your intention. For example, "I love my body for supporting me and giving me the strength to move and live everyday." If you find that you want more out of your crystal healing, try working on your intention.
You can wear your crystals, put them in your pocket, tape them to your body, place by your bed or around your home. As well, when we are working on our physical body in terms of weight loss/management, our relationship with food and exercise is a huge factor. I recommend practicing a gratitude crystal ritual for those daily events! For example, every time you eat you can offer a blessing such as "Thank you to this food for nourishing my body, mind and soul and keeping me healthy and confidant." You can incorporate your crystals into this ritual by placing them by your food as you eat and cook! This is a great way to incorporate the crystal healing into every aspect of your day-to-day life.
You could absolutely create a crystal grid. Here is a great article on how to do that.
If you plan to use your crystals daily, I recommend cleanings them about once a week! View this article for ways to cleanse your crystals. To cleanse my crystals, I personally love smudging, placing them under the full moonlight and playing musical instruments around them!
