How To Have More Energy And Improve Your Memory

Thank you so much for your question about how to have more energy and improve your memory. One of my favorite crystals for anything to do with your mind is an Iolite. I find that it really opens up your third eye chakra and can keep your mind very clear and focused. Another excellent crystal to strengthen your memory is a Blue Tiger Eye. This also works with your third eye and promotes an atmosphere of vitality and energy.

Just by having a clear and focused mind you will probably already feel more energetic. To increase that energy even more try a Bloodstone. This a very fiery stone that works with your blood flow and just has a general air of excitement about it. I use a Bloodstone to keep me mentally and physically sharp. Mine has so much energy that when I hold it in my hand it jumps all around. I also keep a lot of Clear Quartz all around whenever I need to increase my energy. Quartz is a natural conduit for energy so just by having it in your home or workplace you will notice a difference.
