Hi,
I have read your article about using crystals to purify and charge water. I am very interested in this, but am unsure about how many crystals to use in a single process. Could you advise me on this so as I can then purchase the right amount.
Many thanks,
Clare
Hi Clare,
I would recommend one crystal to physically put into the water to start. Practice charging the water, get comfortable with the process. (Remember one part charged water to two parts regular water). As you drink the water, check in with your body to see how it feels, if there are any physical issues, etc.
If all works well, you can add another type of crystal, etc. I recommend no more than 3 different types of crystal per pitcher. Use too many and there may be interactions between crystals. I am a firm believer in baby steps :) One crystal at a time.
Make sure to refer to our Crystals and Cautions page for crystals that may be toxic. You would not want to use these directly in the water.

If you are unsure of any crystal and whether it will work to charge water, feel free to ask anytime!
With love and crystal blessings,
Kristi
