Due to the coronavirus, the Healing Crystals pick-n-pack warehouse is temporarily closed.
We shall post an update when we are able to reopen.
I was wondering if there was a certain amount of crystals you should put in the water when charging it? And is it just one glass a day or more? Can you put it from glass into a plastic drink bottle for children? Once again thanks for your help :)
Thanks for your questions. It’s recommended that you use up to three different types of crystals at one time when charging water. I use crystals that are about 1 inch in size for a quart container. It is best to charge the water inside a glass container, but once charged it can be put into a plastic cup for a child. The water will lose its energy one the crystals are removed, so the sooner it is consumed the better. You can also put the water in the fridge to slow the loss of energy.
The amount you can drink per day depends on the crystals you are using to charge the water. For more gentle crystals, I would recommend drinking a small glass of water three times per day or more if you would like. This would apply to Clear Quartz, Amethyst and Rose Quartz. For stronger crystals that can work quickly, like Dioptase, and can have a detoxifying effect, start with a few ounces and increase as you feel comfortable. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Love and Light to you!
