Question:  Dear HC,

I've watched a few video of yours on "cleansing crystals" on YouTube. I've been through other resources as well that are available on internet.

I've a few queries regarding this:

1. How does one know that a crystal needs cleansing?

2. I use sea salt to cleanse my crystals. However, I was wondering if table salt could be used as well? My understanding says that table salt should do as well. But I would like to have your opinion too.

Thanks,

TC

Answer:  Hi TC,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your questions. Those that can feel energy can feel that the energy of a crystal has depleted to know when they need to be cleared. You may also find that they are not working as well as they were or keep falling out of your hands when you try to grab or hold them.

As a general rule, I prefer to just regularly clear all my crystals. Table salt does not have the same energy as unprocessed sea salt and is not ideal for clearing crystals. Most table salt is very processed and has the natural minerals removed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. May your journey be blessed with Love and Light,

Stephanie A.
