Q: How does one actually use these crystals? I bought the 7 piece chakra set.
Answer:
Dear J,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to
other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. The most basic and simplest way of using your new set is to lay each crystal either on or along the side of the body, starting with the root and continuing to the crown. If you are also doing Reiki, you can send the Reiki throught the crystals. Leave the crystals in place for at least 20
mins or until a scan shows the energy is flowing clear and freely and each chakra is aligned. A more advanced method is to chime the crystals with a tuning fork to speed the healing and clearing of each Chakra. The tuning fork will also make aligning the Chakras much quicker.
What you ask is a very common question. All Crystals vibrate. Each crystal has its own vibrational frequency. Some crystal will hold an electric charge, such as Selenite, Magnetite, Amber. All quartz are piezoelectric which means that they emit energy when pressure or outside source is applied.
This vibration can be used to assist in healing. Because our human bodies are crystalline in nature we can use the crystals energy to correct energy patterns in our physical and subtle bodies. It has been proven through science that when we become ill or we are stressed, emotionally and physically that the frequency of the human body drops. By holding or working with crystals, they can raise the frequency of the body back up to normal. Because each organ in the body operate at its own frequency, you can match the crystal to the organ. High vibration crystals can help to open our energy to those of our guides or angels.
There is no mystery to this, just science. Use your crystals and know that they are assisting you in the help you need.
