How do you set up a grid?
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
To set up a grid. If you have chosen the crystals for a simple circle grid, place a tower or generator crystal in the center, place your other crystals around the tower alternating quartz points and your healing crystals. Place the quartz point with points facing the tower. You can place a ring of salt around the grid in a circle to protect your grid from negative energy. Building a grid is more a matter of intuition. Place your crystals where they feel right. That is the most basic and simple grid.
