Thanks for checking in with us for your crystal question! Whenever I want to use a crystal to support detoxifying the body, I use the indirect method of charging my drinking water, and then sip that water throughout the day for several days, while making sure I eat a very healthy diet as well for those days. Here is a link to information about charging water with crystals.
