Here is a Question from One of Our Customers:

I seem to be suffering symptoms (sometimes physically) and then finding that they are not "mine" but clients of mine (I do massage work).
This presentience has been with me for years but recently it has become very pronounced . It can be useful but oftentimes it is not. I know that at times of great stress or change I am sensitive anyway but if you have any ideas that I could use I would be grateful.

Dear R,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.

What you are experiencing is very common for those of us who have some form of empathy. Unless shielded an empath will take on the symptoms of emotional and physical illnesses that our clients may be suffering. There are several stones that can help. The first 2 stones act as shields or protective barriers so as not to pick up stray energy from the client. The stones I
recommend are Jet and Apache Tears. I would also recommend a bowl of Citrine be placed in the room to transmute stray energy into a higher, more sunny vibration. I learned an old trick from one of my mentors many years ago, she would run her hands under running water if the session was a long one to remove some of this excess energy and ground herself to better handle any bleed off of energy from the client. It may be something that will also work for you.
