I noticed on your list of Crystal Safeguards that several crystals contain aluminum and say to handle carefully. How carefully do they need to be handled? I will notify family and friends they should wash their hands after handling.

Thank you for your concern. Many of the crystals that are cautioned to make elixirs out of are safe for handling or even wearing in jewelry. There are many products made of aluminum that we touch daily or even consume food or beverages out of (cans, serving dishes, etc.). Their contact with our skin is not as problematic as ingesting an elixir might be to our health.
