Thank you for your inquiry. The Clear Quartz Point you received is from Brazil. You can use it in many different ways. To meditate with it, just hold it in your hands and breathe easily. After a few minutes, you may feel it's vibrations, sense an emotional change, or even receive images from the crystal. Some people receive information through their sense of smell or even smell something that wasn't there before. All of these are different ways that you may feel the energy of the crystal.
To use it for achieving a goal, infuse the crystal with what you hope to achieve. Write your intention on a piece of paper (you can also use a picture of what you want) and place the crystal over it. Everyday spend a minute or two with your hand above the crystal feeling the emotions of what it would be like to have what you visualized come to pass. (Please keep the crystal out of sunlight when you have it on the paper).
For energetic healing, you can place the crystal directly on the area that has an energy blockage. You can also instill the crystal with your intention before placing it on your body to further increase the energy being sent to that area.
The crystal point is a wonderful amplifier of other crystals. To do this, just place it next to the other stone or if possible place the stone on the point. Either way will enhance the energy of the other stone.
Using the point for energetic protection also works. To do this, visualize or feel you intention going into the crystal and just carry the point with you. Keep it in it's own pouch so that the point does not get damaged.
