My son has never been a good sleeper. He wakes up almost every night telling me has had a bad dream. He's also been talking to spirits every since he learned to speak (not sure if this has something to do with his restless sleep). Should I try placing some stones next to his bed? Under his pillow? Have him wear them? What tends to work best. I have a Himalayan Salt lamp in his room and it has helped some but hasn't completely remedied the problem. Your help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi A,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your questions. I'm sorry to hear that your son has had trouble resting. My recommendation is that you try using Amethyst, Black Tourmaline, and Selenite to help him with protection, calming energy and White Light. I prefer to place them on a bedside table or inside a zipped pillow case. Wearing jewelry to bed may not be the best idea because it could break or become caught on something during the night. I suggest you clear the crystals frequently - at least every other day - to keep them energized and allow them to be the most helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions. I hope your journey is blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.

Great advice. I would also include smudging his bedroom with white sage at night. Have lapis lazuli stones along with the crystals/stones you mentioned. Also, have the son tell ALL the spirits that while it may be okay to talk to him during the daylight hours, when it's time for him to go to sleep NO talking is allowed. Set up time limits and hours that communication is acceptable.
This has worked in the past for me. Be clear and firm but respectful to these spirits. Hope this helps.  (Submitted by: M45 on October 22, 2015)
