I have Azurite. How do I use it for my daughter who have Asthma and she is 9 years old? Please tell me how to use it for her. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your question about how to use Azurite to help your daughter with her breathing issues. Underneath her pillow or bed at night is one of the best places because while we sleep our bodies are naturally healing and the crystals will support that. You can also place it on her chest for a while and/or have her carry it with her in a pocket. You didn't mention how old she is but just use caution if she is younger since you don't want her to accidently try to ingest the crystal. I really like placing it by her while she sleeps and when she is resting. Particularly after she has taken her medication.
