I'm very sensitive to energies. After keeping a large Jadein a cabinet in my room for 2 weeks while I was out of town, I think it has filled the room with so much energy that it iscausing problems for me. How can I remove this energy from my room or at least lessen it? I've removed the crystal a few days ago, but there's still too much energy in my room.

Hi L,

Thank you for your inquiry.  You can clear and help to lighten the energy of a room by allowing the "chi" to flow more freely.  Keeping any windows or doors open to allow fresh air to move through is key, as is the positioning of furniture and objects within the room.  If you can keep the layout as open as possible and reduce any unnecessary clutter this could help.  Adding lush plants to the room can also improve the overall energy flow.  To clear the energy of a room I like to sprinkle Pink Himalayan Salt in the four corners and periodically burn White Sage.

Here is an informative article on Clearing Negative Energy from a Space, which discusses using other cleansing crystals, smudging, candles, sprays, and sound vibrations.  Although you may not qualify this energy as particularly "negative," these methods can help lighten the overall energy of a space to a more comfortable level.

Crystal Blessings~
