Herkimer Diamonds Twins & Clusters from New York
These are "Extra & A" grade Herkimer Diamond Twins and Clusters which have some really cool formations but they may also have inclusions and have minor nicks here and there from the mining process. We obtained these directly from a miner who has a private claim in Herkimer County, New York. These Herkimer Diamonds have been hand selected by size and quality as shown in the option descriptions.
Herkimer Diamonds are not actually Diamonds, and are naturally six-sided, double terminated Quartz crystals. Herkimer Diamonds are often so bright and shiny that they resemble Diamonds. The name comes from Herkimer, New York where these bright, double terminated crystals were originally found.
