Hello Crystal Advisers. I am desperate for a good nights sleep. My 3 year old daughter is up all night. I have tried Amethyst, the tumbled Childrens mix, Lepildolite , Lapis Lazuli and at the moment we are trying Rose Quartz. She has them under her bed and each corner of the room, 2 near her head and one near her feet. I have also incorparated Hematite and am trying moonstone tonight. Should I use all the crystals together? Can you advise me on a good affirmation? I have been trying for 3 months now and I dont know what do. Help!

Hi S,

I am sorry to hear about your daughter's current trouble sleeping.  It might be best to just try one or two crystals at a time, that way it will be easier to discern any changes in your daughter's sleep patterns and which crystal to attribute it to.  Amethyst alone would be the best option to start with, particularly if you have a cluster you can place under her bed.  You could also present her with an array of crystals and have her pick out the one(s) she likes best and utilize those.  Some people find Lapis Lazuli to be too intense to sleep with so perhaps this could be exacerbating the problem.  You could pick a simple affirmation to recite with your daughter while she holds her crystal.  Some possible affirmations are:
I now fall into a deep and peaceful sleep
I am relaxed and sleepy
I am happy to fall asleep
You could try keeping a sleep journal for your daughter, trying to note any patterns.  Her sleep disturbances could also be related to diet and overall health and comfort, which relate to many areas of life.
