Welcome to April 2013! It is officially Spring at the Healing Crystals warehouse in Sterling, VA! Never mind the occasional snow storm, the calendar says it is spring, and who are we to argue? Most of our days have been sunny and bright and are getting warmer as spring arrives in full. Mother Earth awakens from her winter slumbers, and new life stirs again.
Mother Earth is much in our thoughts this month as April 22 is Earth Day; a day for reflection and greater awareness of the planet that supports and sustains us. People around the globe dedicate Earth Day to raising awareness about conservation, recycling and beautifying our environment. This month we offer an article from Rachel Niemczyk, crystal intuitive and Feng Shui practitioner. In Earth Day Crystals, Rachel suggests a number of crystals that can enhance and connect you to the Earth and the plants that help sustain us. Earth Day is a powerful time to reflect upon the gifts that our planet has given us, and how we can shape the planet's future with our actions and intentions.
