Hi, I have recently come out of a bad patch. I am getting back on track, however, I am unable to sleep at night. Takes me quite a while to fall asleep and then wake up constantly . I am currently getting no more then 3 - 4 hours of sleep a night and even thats broken sleep. I have a large Lapis skull and two little ones, one is a Fluorite and the other Chryospace on my bedside table, and then not far from them I have about 100 other little crystals of different varieties.

My question is, could they be keeping me awake at night, have I got too many in the room? Should I remove them into another room? Just not sure what to do... lack of sleep is getting to me. Funnily, enough I dont feel tired, but pychologically it is. I have a good diet, exercise, and I do have a mind that does not shut off easily. Any feedback would be most welcome. Thanks.

Hi T,

Thank you for contacting us with your question.

Yes, absolutely all those crystals could be disrupting your sleep! I find that even crystals that are supposed to help facilitate sleep and peaceful dreams can be too much for me at times. My advice would be to remove them all from your bedroom and make sure the space is clean and decluttered. Also, make sure there are no lights visible when you sleep...I go so far as to put little pieces of electrical tape over the lights on air conditioners, space heaters, etc. You might also try some sleep meditations, I really like the ones the The Honest Guys on Youtube. If you find this helps, you can try adding crystals back one at a time to see how you feel.

I hope this helps!

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie T.
