Handle Singing Bowls - These are clear quartz crystal singing bowls with a handle, made by the creator of Chakra Tuned “Singing” Quartz Crystal Bowls.   Each Crystal Singing Bowl comes with a  Mallet.   These clear quartz handle singing bowls wonderful healing tools and can take you to a meditative state very quickly. 

To have someone play the crystal bowl for you and to close your eyes while listening to the sound as well as feeling the vibration in your body is absolutely Divine!!

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

To use one of these wonderful sound healing tools,

  1. Set the crystal singing bowl onto the o-ring on any flat surface.   
  2. Gently tap the side of the crystal singing bowl with the suede mallet. Do not tap your bowl with excessive force as it can cause it to crack.
  3. Then softly move the mallet around the bowl (with the end of the mallet pointing towards the ceiling).
