If you are in doubt about which crystals to try, Amethyst and Clear Quartz are excellent general healing crystals that help with many different ailments. Malachite is another crystal that is great for relieving pain and removing toxins from the body. Also, please remember to clear the energy of the crystals often when using them for healing.
