"Hello, I have a question about shungite. I have shungite stickers on all of my electronic devices, but sometimes they'll pick up on negative energy and then when I accidentally touch the stickers after that happens, especially with my left hand as that's the receiving hand, that energy gets transferred to me and then I feel like I have to focus completely on clearing that instead of focusing on other things. Is there anything I can do to prevent the shungite stickers from absorbing that energy?"
Hi there R,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Shungite is known to be an incredibly hard energy worker and because of this we recommend energetically clearing it quite often. You can read more about what clearing is and the methods here.
That may help the Shungite to keep "having space" to absorb lower vibrations.
What you can also do is to strengthen your energetic boundaries so make sure that you clear your aura regularly (Selenite/Satin Spar is lovely for this and you can comb around your body with it to clear) and Labradorite can help to deflect the vibrations as it works more like a shield. If Labradorite doesn't seem like your type of crystal, you can try working with Black Tourmaline instead as that transmutes lower vibrations to higher vibrations and together with the Shungite they can be quite a powerful pair to suck up the lower vibrations and transmute them.
Lastly, remember to ground yourself regularly by spending time outdoors so that any excess energy you're absorbing, the earth can absorb and begin transmuting and transforming. This may also help that you're not so much of a "beacon" for attracting other energies from your Shungite.
I hope this helps :)
