Here is a question from one of our customers:
Q: I hate to bother you but I have a question that if I don't ask, I feel like it will forever hinder my results. When I first began to write, I wrote with my left hand, but my mother didn't want me to be lefthanded, so she MADE me write with my right hand. To this day, my handwriting is usually not legible, but I feel awkward trying to teach myself to write left handed since I've my whole life wrote with my right hand. Anyway, my question is this, when something says to use your dominant hand, would I still use my right hand, even though I was left handed when I first began to write, throw a ball, or anything else requiring hand usuage? I've just been so curious, and everytime something comes up where it states for you to use your dominant hand, I always wonder, then I start thinking that maybe its not going to cleanse or whatever its suppose to be doing that you use your dominant hand for. Thank you for all you guys do, YOU GUYS ROCK!
In your situation the hand you write with is not always your dominant hand. If you still do everything else with your left then that is your dominant hand. If you can use both hands equally then you can use either hand. Let your intuition guide you. You will know when it is right.
|I am very left handed, however, when the Reiki energy is flowing, I feel it the most in my right hand. The energy has even begun to flow spontaneously in the presence of someone in need of healing energy and when this happens my right hand is the one that really feels the energy to the point of tingling and getting verrrry hot. My left hand also feels the energy but it is a more gentle sort of energy. I am curious about this because being left handed I am right brain dominant and this reaction seems to counter that. I tend to let my instincts guide me but I am curious about this. (Submitted by: Anne M on December 28, 2010)|
