Do EMF crystals need to be ''earthed'' to release absorbed energy ?

Thanks for your question. Yes, many crystals that can help with EMFs do absorb the energy themselves. They do need to be cleared regularly to prevent them from being overwhelmed by this negative energy. Burying them in the Earth is one way to do this. You can also clear them by smudging them with sage, playing certain sounds that clear, or placing them in the moonlight. I like to clear them frequently when using them for this purpose and the crystals I wear I clear daily. This article has more info on some different ways you can clear crystals.
