I feel there is negative energy being sent from my boss. This person sits in full view of me and I literally feel their energies towards me. It makes my shoulders tense up. At this time I cannot immediately leave this job, are there any Crystals that will help?

I am sorry to hear that you are going through a difficult situation at work. I can really relate because I've been where you are and have had to deal with some very difficult, abusive people. Unfortunately we cannot change how other people act - the only thing that we can change is how we let them effect us. I would suggest that you wear either Black Obsidian(my favorite) or Black Tourmaline. Keep an Amberat your desk or around your work area - it is extremely effective at clearing negative energy from spaces. Finally - and I know this is going to seem a little odd - try using a Rose Quartzor Pink Calcite. Again on your desk or workplace - the closer you can get it to this person that is upsetting you the better. It's always been my secret weapon against miserable people - I like to call it "the power of pink". It helps to surround the situation with loving and happy energy that will remind you to remain positive no matter what. Try using a picture or screen saver that makes you feel positive and powerful. Try looking at that instead of your co-worker. You may find that the happier and more positive you are, the less power your co-worker - or anyone for that matter - will have over you.
