Thank you so much for your inquiry :) I have a lot of information to share with you!
First, I would like to recommend that you check out our Article Archive. There are a variety of archives that contain
Crystal Recommendations,
Newsletter articles and
Crystal Healing Articles. You can browse the articles and choose those that you feel you are interested in, or you can type in a specific keyword and have the articles with that keyword brought up for you. If you have some time, I highly recommend entering this vast library and taking a look around.
We also have an extensive list of crystals for all types of issues divided into
Physical, Emotional and
Spiritual/Higher Self. This is basically just a list of crystals for specific issues. For instance, if you look in the Higher Self section under "Peace" you will see crystals that can assist you in attaining peace. If you are looking for a specific crystal to help with healing a physical issue, take a browse through the Physical section, etc.
Let's start with some crystals that can assist in finding peace, serenity, and inner strength. I am going to link each crystal name suggested, so that you can click on the crystal and go view pictures of that crystal. Sometimes, it is best to choose what resonates for you and a picture helps to bring a feeling out (love it! nah, not for me, etc). This is intuition at work.

Most crystals are divided into a specific healing issue, however, there are some, that help to heal on all levels (physical, emotional, spiritual), so if you are just starting out using crystals, I would suggest one or a combination of these listed below. My favorite is Amethyst as it is a Master Healing crystal and one of the first I recommend that everyone have at least one of :)

As for your chakras, I would highly recommend a Chakra Pendant. With this pendant touching your skin, the gemstone energy is within your energy field and helps to align and balance your chakras.

Just pay attention to that voice within that says, "oh pretty!" or "I LOVE that one!". That is your energy bonding with the energy of the right crystal for you :)
