I'm very new to all this and very interested. I'm 40 and for years have believed in popping a pill for a problem, but I'm now looking for a healthier alternative. I'm looking for help with my sex drive, energy and a sense of well-being. I would very much appreciate your help and recommendations.

That is the thing I love about crystals! Pills tend to work with the symptoms, but may not actually deal with the source of the illness. Crystal energy works at the core/source. And as we know, especially in these times, pills have numerous side effects — many times more than what they were made to "cure". Scary!

Red Tiger Eye is a stimulating stone and can support motivation, energy and a more active sex drive.
Red Garnet will help to balance the sexual drive. If the drive is on the decrease, Red Garnet will increase and vice versa. Red Garnet is also a great crystal to use when wanting to amp up your energy for the day.
