"A very dear friend of mine is suffering with PTSD. They were attacked and stabbed in the neck severing the carotid artery! By an absolute miracle a team of doctors and surgeons were able to revive him and repair the damage caused by the stabbing! Unfortunately, he is left with mental and emotional ailments. I'm looking for suggestions on crystals to aquire that will help with the following symptoms: Night terrors, flash backs, depression, anxiety, anger, resentment and other generalized PTSD symptoms. He fears leaving his home and at times stays awake for days because he's terrified of the flashbacks and night terrors. He is under the care of numerous physicians, but I'm trying to help him find additional/ alternative methods for relief and comfort. Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you so much for your time."
Thanks for reaching out to Healing Crystals! I am so very sorry to hear what happened to your friend. I can't imagine how he must be suffering right now. I'm happy to hear that he's under a physician's care and I think it's an excellent idea to add some crystals to his regimen, as crystals can be of great energetic support to someone going through trauma.
Let's address these symptoms one at a time:
You can put some of these together in a small bag or pouch. This is called a medicine bag or charm bag. He can carry it with him or take them out and use them individually.
I wish him the best of luck and please don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of further help!
