I'd like to get some crystals that would help me with mental clarity, especially one that helps unblock the mental wedge I have when it comes to writing and even talking. I'd also like some that could be used to aid me in tarot readings. I've been finding my readings severely blocked lately. Lastly, I have several health issues, so anything that you could suggest for digestive upset, fatigue, migraines and general aches and pains would really be appreciated. Ok, let's take these issues one at a time and see what may work best for you ;)
Let's start with the mental clarity and block you seem to have on expression. When we experience a blockage like this, more often than not, it comes from a deeper emotional issue. For instance, a friend of mine is a wonderful writer and speaker. However, when she was young, her family often teased and chastised her for having such a silly and unattainable dream. They told her all through her formative years that she would never have the courage to put herself out there. They called her "Mouse".
It took her some years into her adulthood to understand that her writing block was due to the fear of failure. Her self-worth had taken quite a hit in her young years, so she did not feel she was anything special. In fact, she made many excuses to NOT write or speak to spare herself from the embarrassment of others making fun and judging her.
After talking with someone who could give her proper guidance, she began to only surround herself with supportive and loving friends. She took a couple of writing classes and worked very hard. She flourished. The block was gone. Today, she writes amazing stories and articles. The content is so descriptive, so inviting that it just pulls you right into the story!
It took a while, but once she understood the cause of the symptoms, she was able to face the issue, release it, and become a wonderful, self-empowered writer :)
So, this is what I would like you to consider as well.
There are several stones that can help to release emotional blockages that I want to share here. Any of these stones by themselves or in combination will help to remove and release emotional blockages:
Pink Kunzite
Kyanite
Rose Quartz
To help with mental clarity, I would suggest any of the following:
Celestite
Dumortierite
Emerald
Lithium
To help unblock the communication with intuition/higher self, you may want to work with one or more of these crystals. These recommendations help to raise your vibration in order that you may connect with your angels, guides, guardians, etc. They will help open a clear line of communication/information.

Amethyst

Now let's look at the health issues you are currently experiencing and see what type of recommendations may work best for you.
Of course, I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out professional medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. With that said, for your condition, I would like to start by suggesting some crystals that can help to ease pain, regulate your digestive system, and remove the general malaise and fatigue.
The first crystals I would recommend is Citrine. Physically, Citrine can support and enhance healing for the digestive and elimination organs and the metabolism. Often used for chronic fatigue, Citrine has a reputation of being able to increase energy and drive.
Moss Agate helps to eliminate toxins which can help to improve digestion.
Sunstone can also help to improve digestion as well as increasing vitality.
For pain, I would recommend that you choose from the following:
Amber
Amethyst
Carnelian
Lapis Lazuli
Sodalite
Turquoise
Yellow Jasper
For fatigue and general malaise, try working with an Apophyllite. These are high vibration crystals and will help to raise your own vibration so you can feel more energized.
Rose Quartz not only helps with pain, but also helps to increase energy (decreases fatigue).
Rutilated Quartz amplifies energy which helps to alleviate fatigue.
If your symptoms of fatigue, pain, digestive issues, etc continue for a long period of time, it may indicate that getting a check up would not be a bad idea :)

 Thanks for sharing this with experienced example. Many suffer from this and struggle to properly express themselves. I will be trying out different crystal elixirs. I think there may also be benefits to not wearing and keeping crystals on person 24/7. It'll show it works and strong blocks need time and small doses for sensitive people.
