|Subject:||Crystals to Help Lose Weight|
I am trying to lose weight, but weight seems to find me. Is there a crystal I can use and where would I put it? In my bra next to my skin?
Good Morning Wilma,
I know it seems that way, doesn't it? When you are focused on losing weight, every little pound seems to add up faster! I do know the feeling, trust me :)
There are crystals that can help to suppress the appetite which will help in your intention of losing weight. For instance, Blue Apatite can assist with weight reduction.
Green Tourmaline can also be a wonderful support stone for losing weight.
Clear Quartz helps to amplify the energy of any crystal and/or intention, so adding a small quartz point to either the blue Apatite or Green Tourmaline would be a great idea.
You can utilize the crystals in a number of ways. Definitely you can put it in your bra so that it will touch your skin during the day, which should help to suppress the appetite. You can put it under your pillow at night. You can also charge water with the Quartz/Apatite or Quartz/Tourmaline.
Here is an article that talks about charging water.
You can actually immerse the quartz points in the water. The Apatite and/or Tourmaline you will want to encircle around and outside of the pitcher of water as they may be toxic (I know Tourmaline contains Aluminum and I will have to check on the Apatite, but my gut says it is maybe not a good idea to immerse in water).
Put seven drops of the charged water into a glass with 8oz of regular water (whatever you normally drink). Make sure to do this at least 7 times a day.
I know this is a challenging journey. Find a good support system, be strong, educate yourself on foods and how they affect you, and I have no doubt that you will succeed in your quest to lose weight.
With love and crystal blessings,
