I would like to purchase a gift for my mentor
I know that he has health issues with his throat, (esophagus) and arthritus, bursitis & tendonitis
I have a small hand carved box I am presenting to him as a gift & would like to include some small crystals/stones in it
the opening is only 1" x 3/4" & 7/16" deep

Lapis Lazuli for the throat - balances the throat chakra, teaches the power of the spoken word and can reverse dis-ease caused by not speaking out in the past, allows self-expression without holding back or compromising, releases repressed anger held in the throat. I'd suggest that you purchase the Lapis Lazuli "extra" size small. It's really nice quality.
