Smokey Quartz Cubes

Question:

"What crystals would you recommend for the dark night of the soul?"

Answer:

Hi C,

Thanks for your question and WOW! What a tough one to answer.
It's going to depend a lot on what you're experiencing so if you're experiencing anything specific to you, please let me know.

Usually the dark night of the soul involves depression and feeling lost.
For support with depression, I'd recommend something like Lepidolite and Black Tourmaline. Lepidolite to offer energetic support and relief, while the Black Tourmaline to help with grounding.
For feeling lost, I'd recommend some Clear Quartz or Selenite to help you reconnect with your inner light and find clarity too. What helped me personally find my own light again, was Golden Tiger Eye so also pay attention to what you're drawn to.

Smokey Quartz is also recommended for the dark night of the soul. It's a crystal of deep wisdom to help your soul make sense of the spiritual teachings; and also can help to ground through spiritual learning and keep a spirit centered through the turmoil.

Covellite, as recommended by Krista Mitchell: "I call it the “dark night of the soul” stone, you can also call it your “come to Jesus” crystal. It helps you to get very real and very clear on what’s currently lurking in your shadow that needs to be healed, and supports you in facing it. Once you have, it then helps you to tap in to greater levels of psychic awareness, spiritual understanding, and personal power." - Source - Allowing Fear to be your Teacher by Krista Mitchell

I hope this helps :)
Many blessings to you during this time.
