We have just bought a house and the previous owners are going through a divorce. There are some illness and disabilities in the house also.
How do I clear the negative energies out of the home before we move in? What stones would be used in doing this and keep the positive energy in the house? and maybe help in my personal relationship with my husband?

Thank you for stopping by our shop. The first thing I'd like to mention here is that you could try smudging your house with sage. Just light the sage and walk through your house, including the corners. As you do this, keep in mind the positive energies you'd like to fill the house, and imagine the smoke taking away any negative energies with it. Be sure to have a window or two open as you do this, to allow the negativity to escape. We do not sell sage, but this is available at many natural food stores and metaphysical gift shops.
Fluorite is a great stone for gridding the house. Putting one in each corner of your house will help to dissipate any negative and chaotic energies that might persist after your smudging ritual. Fluorite provides a stabilizing vibration, helping to quell disruptive energies in the area. Fluorite is helpful for balancing yin and yang energies and for separating the truth from falsehood. Finally, I suggest having at least one Clear Quartz Cluster in your home. | this all sounds like good advice, however just because there are disabilities in a home does not mean negative energies. quite the opposite, our disabled son has the most positive eneregy of anyone ive ever known.
