I have been having a little trouble breathing deeply lately. Basically I just forget to breath for a few minutes. Then my lungs hurt and I remember to breath again. Can you reccomend a stone to help with this?
Dear B. Jack
Thank you so much for reading our newsletter and stopping by our website. I hope I can help you find something for your situation.
From your description, it sounds like your lungs hurt because you have stopped breathing. Many healers associate breathing with Spirit. Your cessation of breath may be symptomatic of a spiritual blockage.
The first stone that comes to mind where breathing is concerned is Moss Agate. This is a great stone for the lungs and specifically for breathing disorders. Moss Agate can faciltate an understanding of the spiritual causes behind a physical manifestation of illness, and ground spiritual energies into the physical world. https://www.healingcrystals.com/Listing_by_Stone_Type/Moss_Agate/
Another stone associated with breathing disorders is Amethyst. Amethyst is a highly spiritual stone that is known for its healing energies as well. It is very protective, and works with the Third-Eye to connect one to Spirit. Amethyst has been used for diseases of the respiratory organs. Amethyst can be used during meditation to help one banish unproductive, negative emotions, clearing the way for understanding of the root causes of disease. https://www.healingcrystals.com/Listing_by_Stone_Type/Amethyst/
Finally, Amber is another healing stone for breathing and lungs issues. It can absorb negative energies and transmute them into positive. With its warm vibrations, Amber brings much healing where it is needed most, and is quite helpful for the mucous membranes of the lungs. https://www.healingcrystals.com/Listing_by_Stone_Type/Amber/
As always, be sure to cleanse your crystals, and program them with your intent before use. For information on these two subjects, please see the newsletter articles at the following links:
Good luck with your breathing issues!
Peace and Blessings,
