Hello,
I would like to know what crystals will help me. I have
Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain which causes lumps to form in muscles
all over the body. Fibrocycstic Breasts, Anxienty very bad, I am a
very nervous person. Depression, High Blood Pressure under control by
meds, I am allergice to alot of medications so limited to what my
doctor can give me, My main concern I need help with is IBS, and bad
indigestion, I have very slow digestion caused by the Fibro, and I
love to cook and eat and the last 2 years it has been the pits not
able to eat the great food I cook, worried that much later in the
evening I will have the food not digested when I want to go to sleep.
My fiance gave me a citrine stone, I been holding over my abdomen and
esphogous at night when I sleep with the discomfort seems to help, and
relaxes me to fall asleep.
Please tell me what other crystals I can use and if there is anyway I
can get a bracelet made with all the crystals I need on it to wear,
besides buying the stones invidivually.
Anxiety, indigestion, ibs, allergies, my eyes, my whole body is
messed up over the fibro and myofascial pain makes those lumps in
muscles it is really horrible to have all this. I am a very nervous
person before I got all this and now I just would like some crystals
to help and calm me down.

I'm sorry to hear about all the physical issues you're managing. Just that in itself can be anxiety producing! The first issue I'd like to address is the anxiety. If you have anxiety, then the body's nervous system is running the show. If you work with the anxiety and quiet the nervous system, then you can focus on each issue with a clear mind.
