"Crystal recommendations for my mother who is currently being treated for lung cancer and has seen improvements, she is staying positive but I would like to help her naturally because sometimes she finds she's discouraged or doubtful.
She has no energy and that is a big factor also so if there are crystals that can help her to continue healing physically and mentally and spiritually I would love information on those. And any crystals that will help her regain her energy and feel motivated not just mentally but actually physically have the strength to do things.
She is also a Libra so any stones that are associated or amplified in strength because of that I also would be interested in.
We suddenly lost my father in 2015 but she has kept her spirit of positivity along the way, she's only been battling cancer less than a year.
I just need all the help I can get, I'm trying to get her to come around to the idea of healing crystals and she just started wearing a rainbow quartz around her neck. Sorry this is so long I truly would love to learn about the powers that are right here at our fingertips, not in a hospital, and help my mother be the best she can be! Thanks for reaching out to Healing Crystals! I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's cancer diagnosis, but I am so happy that she has you to help her through it. Crystals can be a very useful support system when dealing with any health struggle, but I do need to state our disclaimer that we do not recommend that crystals be used in lieu of proper medical care, but rather used in conjunction for energetic support (which it sounds like you already have the right idea regarding this).
My first recommendation to anyone recovering from cancer therapy is always Smoky Quartz. Smoky Quartz is a highly protective stone that is said to help with physical recovery after cancer treatment. It can also absorb negative energy, so when she's feeling down or negative about what she's going through, Smoky could help with that as well. The second stone I recommend for cancer recovery is Petalite. It's a very strong energetic healer and aura cleanser, and is one I always recommend for people who have a serious illness or a chronic, long-term illness. Not only can it aid physical healing but it can also help alter the mental and emotional aspects of recovery and put the person in a better mindset.
For the lungs specifically, Charoite, Amber (Copal), and/or Sugilite would be my top choices. For the matter of motivation and physical endurance, Carnelian is a great crystal for that and so is Jade. With her being a Libra, the recommended stone based on her sun sign would be Sapphire (the properties of this include physical healing of tumors and dispelling mental negativity, so this may be a perfect choice for her).
