Answer:

Hi there N,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can wear them as jewelry through the day - what suits and works for you, whether that's pendants, bracelets or rings. All about what works for you.

If jewelry doesn't work for you, you can try any other method:

  • Meditating with it before you start drawing or at the start of every day. You can meditate with the jewelry too.
  • Using it in a crystal grid.
  • Placing it around some water for a few hours to charge and drink while or before creating your art.
  • Sleep with it through the night, but the Citrine with its energizing energy may disrupt your sleep so just be aware of that.
  • Create a space for creating and then keep your pieces with you there while you're drawing.

There honestly isn't a right way to do this. Only what works for you so you'll have to work out what works best for you and your crystals. Here's a post about how to work with your crystals.

If you are procrastinating around creating, try to do a little work around that. Think about: Why you are procrastinating? What stops you from creating? How do you feel when you don't create and how do you feel when you create? Where can you soften your judgement and criticism when creating?
Often when we procrastinate, there is a block there that may be related to worth - we're not good enough, the creation is perfect or it's not good enough, we're not as good as someone else. So look into that and give yourself the grace to just create instead of scrutinizing, and give yourself the space so block out time and commit to that to create.
