In today's time, many of us don't shine our light because the world doesn't often support that but I'd start with crystals for confidence such as Citrine, or Golden Tiger Eye. Rhodochrosite is also one that has jumped out at me so read up about it and see if it resonates at all with you.
Work on learning your light, loving yourself to authentically share yourself and building your confidence in order to be more confident to share it. Start small and build your way up.
Something that I personally found helpful when learning to shine my own light, and sometimes I still dim it too, is to look at your crystals and see which jump out at you for your light. For me it was Clear Quartz and any time I am feeling less, working with Clear Quartz brings me back and remind me of the light within me, my power and magic.
For calming vibrations, try working with Celestite, Blue Calcite, Howlite, Lepidolite, Scolecite, Selenite, or Amethyst. To bring more calm into your day, I'd recommend wearing them or meditating with them before you start your day. It can also be helpful to look at the situations where you're not calm, and to see in what ways, if any, you can shift into a more calm state. This can take time to bring awareness to and crystals can also support you with that.
