We do have crystals for Reiki and generally you can use any crystal for Reiki purposes - choose what you are drawn to.
If you're looking for crystals to specifically enhance Reiki, you can look at Apophyllite which is known as the Reiki stone; great for any kind of healing. Another great one would be Herkimer Diamonds which are great attunenment stones.
Other suggestions (from our Common Conditions Guide) are: Danburite, Iolite, Selenite
To clean crystals, you can use Palo Santo or Sage, but there are also a few ways you can clear crystals. You can read more the different ways here: How to Clear Crystals
