Hi. I really need help. I am new to the wonderful world of crystals and realize I have a lot to learn. I need a recommendation for a crystal or combination of crystals. My symptoms are "Parkinson's like", I do not have Parkinson's disease, but some of the symptoms. I'm looking for a crystal that will help open up the connections between my mind and body. I there such a crystal or combination of crystals? Thank you so much for your help.

From what I have read during my research, Parkinson's Disease is a neurological disorder that affects the neurons in the portion of the brain that control motor function/movement. Early symptoms include tremors, usually of an arm or leg (while the body is at rest), rigidity, slow movement, stooped posture, or a shuffling type walk. I do not know your exact symptoms, but I am assuming that motor control/function may be one of the symptoms that you are currently experiencing?
Are you under a doctor's care for this issue? Are you taking medication for another health issue that could have side effects that are mimicking the Parkinson's like symptoms? It is very important to look at when the symptoms began and what was happening at that time in your life that could be causing these symptoms. For instance, I found a website online that deals specifically with
tremors and the causes of tremors is over 782! It is well worth checking out. Of course, I am not a doctor :) but I think these are questions that must be asked of a medical professional.
There are crystals that may be helpful in reconnecting this portion of the brain function with motor control of the body. For instance, Manganocalcite (Pink Calcite) can help to stimulate healing of the nervous system on a cellular level.
There are a few stones that may help with the muscular tremors and other symptoms. For instance
Amazonite and/or
Petalite can help to reduce muscular spasms, and in this case, possibly tremors.
Crystals that can be used specifically for the treatment of Parkinson's include
Amethyst,
Rose Quartz and/or
Sugilite. Each of these crystals help to reconnect the communication between the brain and the body. While you may not have Parkinson's, I believe these may be helpful to use in the treatment of your Parkinson's like symptoms.
