HelloPlease could you help I am looking for Green Tournmaline as I have been told these help with Panic Attacks, however, I am having trouble locating and also have ready conflicting information on what it helps.
Blue Lace Agate is a wonderful traveling companion. It helps to calm frayed nerves as it supports peace and tranquility in any situation. It is very supportive and works with you to allay fears and find center.
Calcite, Blue soothes frayed nerves and lessens anxieties. It is a very calming stone to have with you.
Chrysoprase helps to facilitate deep relaxation. This piece could be used similar to the Amethyst by using it a day or so before your trip and during your trip.
Lapis Lazuli is another stone that is both calming of mind and body.
Manganocalcite can be used to assist and ease any type of emotional trauma. Anxiety would fall under this category. I always feel as if I am embraced in safety and love when I use Pink Calcite. This is a very gentle, loving and supportive stone. I highly recommend everyone have at least one Pink (mangano) Calcite in their collection.
Tourmaline, Black is used for protecting one's energy field against negative vibrations, and also for drawing negative energies away from a person. It can have a calming effect when needed, grounding flighty or scattered energies into the earth.

I no longer go into full blown panic attacks, and if i start feeling like one is starting I hold onto my crystal and just rub it and I feel a peace come over me. this has peaked my intrest in crystals and the effects they have on our lives and health. |Hi Samantha, Great Recommendations for Crystals. I work with crystals with my clients and most of the time stress and anxiety are the main challenges for them. I also use Essential Oils which are amazing at controlling anxiety. My sister has had severe issues in this area especially when traveling (fear of flying). I use several different brands of oil but I find that Young Living Therapeutic Grade are the most effective for both during a Reiki Treatment and also when they are not working with me. Here is what has worked for me: 1. Peace & Calming 2. Believe (contains Idaho Balsum Fir) Lowers Cortisol by 40% just by smelling it. (fight or flight hormone) 3. Lavender. 4.
