Question:  Hi,

I suffer from pudenal nerve damage and when I sit down the pain is unbearable that I have got to lie flat to ease the pain, so I am in and out of bed all day and I was wondering if there is a crystal that will help. I am just a beginner at crystals and don't know very much. I would be grateful if you could advise me in any way. I would really appreciate it.

Many Thanks,

JB

Answer: Hi J,

I'm sorry to hear that you have been in pain. I will also send you some healing Reiki energy to help.
Watermelon Tourmaline can be beneficial to strengthening the nerves and may encourage regeneration of nerves. Phenacite can be good for nerve damage and Amethyst is an excellent healer that could also help.

Some other crystals that help with the nervous system healing and regeneration are Amazonite, Amber, Aragonite, Chrysoprase, Faden Quartz, or Mangano Calcite. You may also want to try Hematite, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, or Turquoise for pain. You may have to try a few combinations of stones to see which works best for you. I suggest you start with whichever crystals you are most drawn to, as this is your intuition guiding you to what you need.

One way to use these stone is to place them in a bath, where they will energize the water. I also recommend carrying or wearing them as often as possible. To keep the crystals working at their best, please be sure to clear the energy frequently. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I hope your journey is blessed with Love and Light.

I have cubital tunnel syndrome w/nerve damage. My pinky and ring finger on my left hand are numb. INo surgery for me, thank you! I've been doing exercises that have eased the pain, and am very excited to try the mentioned crystals. I make jewelry, so I have all of them. Thank you so much for this information. I feel like I have some control over this now. Peace. Patty.  (Submitted by: Patty on June 13, 2022)
